To access your online account, simply visit the Pivotel Selfcare website and enter your account number and password on the login page. Alternatively, you can click on the login link located at the top of any page on the Pivotel website. When your service was activated, an account was automatically set up for you. To find your login credentials, refer to the email you received containing your dialing instructions or service confirmation.
