Every Tracertrak account must have a single Administrator
Mandatory SOS Notifications
To ensure SOS alarms don't occur silently, the Tracertrak Account Administrator is a mandatory receipt of SOS alarm notifications via email and SMS. Other users can be sent SOS notifications by adding them to the SOS Alarm Notification.
Account administrators have access to everything within the Tracertrak account and have exclusive privileges to configure the account default settings.
While there can only be a single administrator, it is possible to provide other users with access to everything within the Tracertrak account by creating a role with all permissions enabled.
To change the administrator of your account, please send an email to Pivotel Customer Care and provide the full name, email and mobile phone number for the new administrator.
